Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Link above will directly headed to one of Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS)'s newsletter , NADi. I always impress the way Singaporean Muslims live their life in a "secular" country whereby they are minority.

I think that, when you are minor, you'll be more appreciate things around you. Am I right?

It is a blessings to be a Muslim. We are chosen by Allah!. That's the fact that we must be grateful to. Everyday... thank Allah.

There is an article written in the newsletter talked about hardships and referred to the natural disaster that happened back in Japan. If we relate it into our life, it is what we called life. Life full of hardships. But like Sami Yusuf's lyrics: "In your heart lies the key". Yes!. If you choose to narrow down your heart, your heart will be crammed. Cramp with sadness, hatred,disappointment and many more that cannot be told by words. It's terrible and tiring. But hey... if you choose to widen your heart, you will feel peace and calm. Tranquility that surely hard to attain.

Let me quote some:

"Do not despair of the hardship that Allah sends us today, for it might be the instrument for His blessing tomorrow"

Allah.... instrument for His blessing tomorrow... who will think so?
Only those who are truly believe in Allah will think so. Then, are we?

Thus, move forward in striving to attain the eternal happiness, a sound heart that will not distracted by any hardships. Surely it is hard, no doubt. But... PRAY is essential okay. :)
